RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

If you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect your parcel from. In the event you don't respond to the card within 7 days, your order will be automatically returned to Mountain Fuel.

Always check with Mountain Fuel or your local depot if you are expecting an order which is late, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot

In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error or doctors recommendation not totake, a surcharge (see below) will be deducted frm your refund unless you have contacted Mountain Fuel to cancel your order within the seven working day cooling off period.

You can cancel or amend any order placed with Mountain Fuel, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please note that Mountain Fuel operate a rapid dispatch system and items are usually send out on the same day as the order is placed. If your order has been dispatched you will have to wait until your order is delivered before you can cancel.
