1 full sachet of Morning Fuel
3/4 Cup of Old Fashion rolled oats
1/4 Cup of Flax seeds
1/2 Cup of Plain or dark chocolate chips
1/2 Cup of Peanut butter (I prefer crunchy)
1/3 Cup of Honey or Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
Mix the dry ingredients, Oats, Morning fuel, flax seeds, and chocolate chips and stir well together.
Cover and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour
Note: In hot weather you can add about 1 teaspoon of sea salt flakes, I find it works well.
