Making a purchase online could not be easier. Just browse our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “View Cart” and you will be asked for a few details in order to satisfy the order. Then just follow the on-screen prompts. We accept all major credit and debit cards and Visa via PayPal.
|Shipping And Handling
All prices quoted in the Mountain Fuel shop exclude delivery, postage and packing which is confirmed at the check out.
We dispatch your order as soon as we receive it, so we expect your goods to be with you in 2-4 working days. We do not offer a guarantee of this however and during busy times orders may take a longer time than this to reach you.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
|Credit Card Security
When you shop online at mountainfuel.co.uk, your credit card details, name and address are not handled directly and are processed securely through PayPal. All credit/debit card payments are handled through our secure payment provider PayPal and dealt with at the highest possible levels of security. When you are on a secure part of our site, you will see the ‘golden padlock’ icon in your browser, which confirms that any information you send will be in a secure format.
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee (see our ‘Returns Policy’ for details). If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return your product(s) in original condition and you will be refunded.
Mountain Fuel do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.
Mountain Fuel guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Send the item(s) unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s). Please note: we can only refund you for unopened and unused items. Any missing or used items will remain chargeable. Also, we cannot accept responsibility for the cost of your return to us, unless the items are defective and clearly not ‘as described’ or ‘fit for purpose.’ We do recommend that you return any faulty/unwanted items by guaranteed recorded post. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that go astray in the mail.
We will not process your order and draw on your funds until your goods are ready for dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse a sale up until this point.
