Mountain Fuel Runners pack the podiums at English Champs first counter
Congratulations to fell running couple Nichola Jackson & Billy Cartwright taking the wins in the first English Fell championships counter. Also great running from Sarah McCormack 2nd lady, Dan Howarth 2nd male, Brennan Townshend 3rd male and Thomas Roger Adams 4th male 
Talking about the new Natural Sport Jelly+ Nic said, “Those jellies were brill!”
And after much pre race discussion Billy said, “Great race Rupert, loved it. I ate and drank like Henry III like you said!”
When racing it’s easy to under fuel as you get caught up in the race itself. Fuelling properly from the start, little and often but continuously across your run ensures you finish strong and recover quicker
