Triathlete & Duathlete

In 2015 I completed my first full distance Ironman UK race in a time of 11 hours and 55 minutes. Prior to this I had competed in various duathlons and triathlons. In 2016 I again competed in Ironman UK in a time of 10 hours 59 minutes knocking 56 minutes off from the previous year, which also resulted in me qualifying for Challenge Almere GB age group team. Later in the year I competed at the Oulton Park standard distance duathlon which resulted in me finishing 2nd in my age category allowing me to qualify for the ETU European duathlon championship in Soria, Spain. Which I participated in April 2017. This year has been my most successful season so far as I have managed four podiums, two being 3rd place, one second place and finally a first place at sandman legend in Anglesey.

I have an exciting season ahead in 2018. I have qualified for the ETU sprint distance triathlon championships at Strathclyde, Glasgow in August. I will be competing at sandman legend again to retain my title, which I know will be tough to do. I will also be competing at snowman Legend after I qualified this weekend at Bedford Autodrome standard distance duathlon in order to once again race for GB at the European championships, Ibiza in October.

Along side my personal events I am also completing a level 2 coaching diploma which I should finish by the end of January 2018. This will then allow me to enrol onto a level 3 coaching course which allows me to be an independent triathlon coach. The level 2 coaching certificate will allow me to deliver group coaching sessions in the mean time.

With the support of you and your product this will help me perform as an athlete and to succeed in the achievements for 2018. This will also help me market your product to other inspiring athletes by promoting which nutrition I use. Following the completion of my coaching certificate this will give me the opportunity to coach groups which will give me a platform to market your product too.
