At first when I started running I did so to keep fit, but now it’s more than that, it’s become part of my life and it’s shaped the person I am today – I love to see how far I can push myself and see what I’m capable of putting my body through.

Salomon sponsored, England and Great Britain international Mountain Runner. Finished 3rd in the World Long Distance Mountain Running Challenge 2009, World Trail Running Champion 2013, raced all over the World setting records at the Otter Trail in South Africa and Dodo Trail in Mauritius.
