Tom Adams

I’ve had a good go at most types of running, but my heart is in fell, mountain and trail running. Anything off-road with some hills puts a smile on my face.

I started running competitively about fifteen years ago and have progressed nicely ever since with the odd up and down in between. I’m now 37 and feel like I’m running quicker than ever.

It’s hard to summarise my greatest achievements, but being a three time winner at the Montserrat Skyrace,  third at the International Snowdon Race and running for GB at the Europeans and World championships are certainly a few of my highlights.
I’ve trained hard to get to where I’m at running wise,  but I have to say the main reason that I run is for the adventure and exploration aspect.  It’s hard to beat finding that new trail,  whether it’s a new snicket in your local village or an epic trail in a foreign country.
