No Cook Energy Balls

Energy BallsIngredients

1 full sachet of Morning Fuel

3/4 Cup of Old Fashion rolled oats

1/4 Cup of Flax seeds

1/2 Cup of Plain or dark chocolate chips

1/2 Cup of Peanut butter (I prefer crunchy)

1/3 Cup of Honey or Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract

 

Method

Mix the dry ingredients, Oats, Morning fuel, flax seeds, and chocolate chips and stir well together.Add rest of ingredients and stir well.

Cover and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hourTake out and take small handfuls and roll into bite size balls approximately 1” (25mm) size, this will make around 12 to 14 ballsWrap in small piece of cling film twisted to make eating on the go easy.

Note: In hot weather you can add about 1 teaspoon of sea salt flakes, I find it works well.
