This is a good size with wide neck so should be exactly right for tipping in your energy drink powders etc - but could be better if : lid fitted more securely as this one feels flimsy and a bit cheap to be honest and not easy to sit right with confidence it won’t leak; the tubing sections and cap moves around and can fall apart; not easy to wash - and I think it’s better to be a see-through material not opaque/black even though looks smart. Sorry. Change the lid and tube (also the insulated sleeve bit could go) and it’ll be easier to use.
