I’ll be honest from the start, I’m fussy with Recovery/Protein drinks, most of them give me the boaks!!! However, the MF Chocolate recovery fuel is fantastic. The flavour is delicious and the texture is great. I have always been a little sceptical how effective these sorts of recovery drinks are, but I ran the MdS last year and took these with me for the end of each stage, and no matter how exhausted I was, the first thing I did back at camp was to mix a MF chocolate recovery drink and get it down me. I felt so much better each morning than expected and finished the event much better than I could have hoped for, and I do genuinely put part of that down to drinking one of these miracle drinks each day.

I struggle with a sensitive stomach, but I am over the moon to have found Mountain Fuel. I’ve been feeling much stronger and fresher with the energy fuel during long training runs and races. I mix the raw with squash and haven’t had any issues with my stomach at all. I have also tried the tropical with water which tastes great and again didn’t upset my stomach. Thank you Mountain Fuel!

Thought I’d try something different from my normal fuel (which I find is fairly tasteless and produces a fair bit of wind!).
MF contains everything you need from an ingredients point of view and the taste is great. It quickly dissolves without leaving a clump at the bottom of the bottom. Found energy levels didn’t flag as much as normal during a marathon at a pace 60 mins faster than my normal slow pace. No stomach issues either or after tastes coming to the surface
Side effect is it makes you pee seem as if you’ve swallowed the liquid in glow sticks (yes I’ve done it, don’t do as I do kids).
Will I get some more, once my pack is empty? Yes I will. Very happy with purchase
