I've struggled to find bars that don't make me feel nauseous on longer runs (training for 100km ultra in June) but these are working well for me. I can eat two or three over the a long hilly run and the taste and texture work well without affecting my stomach. Currently my bar of choice and will be using these on race day, I have the orange and turmeric flavour.
Now they are even better than before…so easy to eat and the taste is very good. Even handy for a mid day snack whilst at work. 3 flavours to chose from with all tasting great

I was sceptical after trying to use flapjack in the past and it always felt too heavy / sickly. I was pleasantly surprised with Mountain Fuel bars, whilst these bars are thick and wholesome, I didn't feel bloated and felt well fuelled, I've used them for shorter distance, half marathons and 50k ultra distance too, works equally well for all., happy to say I got a half marathon PB using them. I don't even use gels anymore, as these provide more than enough carbs and are great for pre fuelling too.
Talking about flavours, I purchased the Ginger & the Date flavours, Date being my favourite because I personally found the Ginger a little dry but happy to say I've purchased another 10 bars of each flavour to mix it up for my training over the next couple of months.
I really love the double ginger bars for a swift breakfast before heading out for my long run. I must admit though, I also like the idea I've just read on here of cutting them into 4 for fuelling during a run too. Might have to try that one!
These bars are not only delicious but I feel like they really do give long lasting energy - far superior to a standard flapjack. They’re really easy to get down when you need real food even when running hard.
After 7 or 8 hours many nutrition bars are a real struggle to consume. This one has a texture and taste that is much easier to consume with good calories and carb content.

Love these for the moments when gels and energy drinks are not enough and you need "real food" easy to eat on the go and great flavours. Easy to digest as a finer flapjack than standard ones giving energy boost more easily.
Amazing on long runs. Easy to digest, great taste and a real boost in energy.
