I have this before every run. I use to run fasted as have a slow metabolism due to an autoimmune disease and found if I ate I would suffer from bloating and stitches making the run no fun. Now I’m getting to longer runs I started to feel light headed so knew I needed to fuel before I ran. When looking for supplements, and for it to be gluten free, I stumbled across mountain fuel. I ordered a complete taster pack and used the morning fuel (made it according to instructions but in a bowl so it was like eating porridge) and my god it was so good and easy on the stomach. Since using this along with the other products my times are getting better along with my pace and I don’t feel like I need to sleep after a long or temp run!

Been using Morning Fuel for a couple of years before longer morning training runs and races.
Especially nice on cooler mornings!
If I’m training later in the day, I prefer to have it as a shake, easier to prep at work.
Taken about an hour beforehand, It gets enough calories in to fuel workouts without leaving me feel too full to move!

I have always struggled to get breakfast down before a long run or race, but morning fuel is so easy to digest and really does give you energy throughout your run.

Been using Morning Fuel over the past couple of years. It's always in my pre-event nutrition build up.

Mainly had it with oat milk, but have also used cows. I add 200ml and mix it like a protein shake. This coupled with a Feel Good Bar and you're good to go!

I use this on my long training runs and on race day for that 2nd breakfast to give me extra fuel. I tend to mix up with milk and drink in the car on my way to the start. Tastes great, easy to digest and provides a great source of fuel ahead of that big run

I have enjoyed using morning fuel as my go to pre long run fueling as part of my marathon training. Tastes great and is easy on digestion. Will definitely be using this on Southampton Marathon day on 7th April.

Started using it for marathons , I can`t eat any food before the run so this is what keeps me going all the way. Gentle on stomach and not too sweet.

Night Fuel is my go to before any ultra or long distance event or adventure, tastes like a luxury hot chocolate and gives me an energy boost without feeling over full. Also helps me sleep.

Brilliant post run run recovery drink. Tastes delicious, mixes well and it makes a difference to repairing my muscles.
Never used anything like this until I tried it in the bundle pack. The strawberry flavour is equally as good.
