    I don’t use anything else now for longer runs and rides. I can stomach sweet stuff beyond about 20 miles, but I can use mountain fuel all day without any issues. It also encourages me to drink as its so easy to drink and tastes great. The science side of things seems to hold up too, great for energy levels and hydration, even when running ultras

    I used this to fuel my 12 Scottish adventure and didn’t tire of it. The energy and rehydration benefits are really good, but the most important thing is that I still wanted to drink it after using it for that many days straight. It’s delicious.

    The Raw fuel combined with the MF jellies were my go to on the Peak District marathon at weekend.
    The Raw flavour is so subtle to your water but can definitely feel the benefits whilst using not only pre-race but also on the go. Definitely kept me hydrated and fuelled well to get round in horrible conditions!
    The jellies were my go to for the push in the last 10km when energy levels were depleting. Highly recommend

    I use Moring Fuel before i race every time (and for long training runs if i have some spar ;-)) it tastes grate especially if used in the smoothie recipe MountinFule posted on Instagram, gives me energy and no stomach problems to boot.

    Top tip – Smoothie works well to sip if i have to drive to event early, gives me 30mins extra in bed 🙂

    Having heard of Mountain Fuel back in the day when I was running Obstacle Course Racing I was keen on my son trying the products as we search for every bit of advantage. He tried Night and Morning Fuel as well as Blackcurrant Energy Fuel and the feedback was very positive. Will now add all three to his nutritional plan….great product.

    Tropical flavour fuel is a winner for me. It’s a fresh clean flavour and very palatable. It does taste quite sweet if only diluted with 500ml water, but you can make it go much further depending on how strong you like it.

    Have used the blackcurrant one – pleasant enough taste and a nice change from water plus solid fuel during ultra training, I drink water from a water bladder so added this to a 500ml soft flask and saved it up to start sipping mid way through when everything else tastes a bit boring. Should help with trying to get a bit of protein on board as well – am thinking of using it entirely on its own for the shorter distances where you can’t be bothered taking food/gels with you but >90 mins so might need something. Thanks!

    I used to use tailwind which always made me extremely thristy after drinking it but this stuff made me feel so much more refreshed!     Raw Energy in my water bottles is a life saver. It keeps me topped up when I am struggling to get energy from other sources. The taste is better than plain water but not intense and it always sits easy on my stomach. Without this I would have completed my last 50 miler
