    I used this product (1-2 packets a day) as an alternative to water during the Dragonsback in 2022. These were perfect, easy on the stomach and just what I needed to make it through each of the 6 days to the finishing line! The packets were easy to store and dispense whilst on the go and there was no issue with storage during the event. An excellent product I would use again and again!

    I use the blackcurrant flavour all the time. Mixes really easily which makes it easy to top up at aid stations as I discovered on the Mendip Marauder Ultra that I completed recently.

    Big fan of the strawberry recovery fuel. A great treat for when you get back from a long run, in a blender with milk to get a lovely frothy milkshake that you have to try to keep away from the kids until you’ve polished it off. So decadent! But saying then, i’ve also mixed this in the early hours in a budget hotel room stirring into a pint of milk with a naff tea stirrer to then decant into a steel bottle for someone to pass me on the race finish line. So nice and all the good stuff you need for recovery!

    Since I discovered mountain fuel I have used nothing else for nutrition during race days yes I eat a proper meal if I’m out long enough but I’m not snacking on sweets and other stuff and I no long have sugar rushes and crashes. epic stuff!

    This is a brilliant product for my longer runs and half marathons which I eat for breakfast with fruit such as banana, grapes and blueberries. Also brilliant to have when staying at hotels to avoid having expensive hotel breakfast.

    Use the recovery fuel regularly after hard works outs and races. Great at getting nutrition in you immediately post-race when you often don’t feel ready to eat proper food. No stomach issues ever. Pouches are great for races (tho mixing them with water or milk can be a bit of an art)

    This is my go to product on race day. When you have a race in the morning I just want something that can be digestible and lightweight on the stomach. This does all that whilst also incorporating some essential minerals to supplement your performance whilst giving you that glycogen top up in a quickly absorbed manner.

    Great before exercise. They keep me hydrated well into my runs. I drink to thirst whilst running and am sure I drink less after having one of these first, unlike other brands. I have less muscle fatigue and an all round wellness about me. I’ve now ordered the morning and evening sachets to try as well as more of these.

    I use night fuel for those evening runs where the legs are still twitching but it’s time to go to sleep. There is magic in this stuff as it does the job and I wake feeling refreshed.
    For general day/time recovery I prefer the flavour of the strawberry recovery, but for a night time hot chocolate recovery this stuff is ace.
