Chia seeds provide athletes with a healthy fuel for stamina and endurance, as well as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Coconut sugar and fruit juice deliver multi-transportable carbohydrates, maximizing energy provision. And the natural electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium are delivered through sea salt. Cinnamon improves glucose sensitivity and also helps combat exercise induced oxidative stress. This powerful combination of ingredients ensures you have a reliable and dependable energy source to fuel your activities, whatever the intensity.

Love the way this product gently releases energy, rather than the quick burst, it just eases out and keeps you going for longer.
Love the apple and cinnamon flavour.

Tangy tasty treat to perk you up!

This gel is amazing. I love the tangy taste and it is easy to swallow but fills you up a lot more than a Sports Jelly (or any other kind of gel that I have ever tried). Easy on the stomach, and makes a lovely treat to look forward to partway through my ultra runs. The apple/cinnamon one is just as delicious too 😉

    Delicious fruity boost

    catspurden@googlemail.com

The chia gels are the tastiest gels. Can’t even bring myself to swallow standard gels from other manufacturers. These are basically a fruity energy-filled treat.

    GAME CHANGER !!

    leescott (verified owner)

I’ve been using Mountainfuel for my nutrition for the last 4 years. I’ve tried so many other brands and nothing gave me what I needed especially in the last 1/4 of a race. Sports jelly has been a game changer for me ! I have one flavour that is my go to
“lemon and lime”. Yesterday I ran 46 miles and tested the new Chia apple and cinnamon “WOW”. Flavour, texture and energy was amazing and the last 10 miles was easy. You’ve go to give these a go.

Sometimes with gels you find an overwhelming sweet taste – these aren’t – I just live them

Gels for people who don't like gels

    Richard Rothwell

I’d steered away from gels for some time as I’d found them too sugary and sweet. Tired the Chia Gels on some long rides and got on with them really well. Not sickly and no sugary ‘hit’; just sustained energy. Raspberry one is a particular favourite as it has a sharp tasting edge which I like. Definitely going to sue these when racing or riding long distances.

I started using these for long bike rides and also on my weekly trail runs. Absolutely love them as I don’t get any stomach cramps which is a real bonus especially when on longer bike rides, hopefully get to use them in events this year.

Blooming lovely!! Have only tried the Raspberry flavour so far in training but it is so fruity and very easy to get in during a run. Looking forward to trying the Apple and Cinnamon.

    Next Level Gels

    Christopher Holdsworth

Awesome tasting gels, Mountain Fuel seemingly able to avoid the metallic, chemical tastes competing gels have once again. Delivers a much-needed, long lasting kick – looking forward to using as part of future race nutrition plan.

Great taste, nice consistency and good energy when you need it the most! Good as a boost on a long run or similar, but also goes well alongside the “normal” sports jellies and add a bit of variety and texture when the event/race requires a lot of gels.

I’ve been using these gels on my long runs building up to a spring marathon. Feel better for not “spiking” the energy but delivery of more sustainable energy. Also tasted more natural, less sticky if that makes sense.

A little more than a gel

    Tom Adams

I find that the chia gels not only produce that boost that the jellies give you, but also feel a little more hearty. Somewhere between a gel and a bar…yummy.
