Helps me recover after those long training runs and hign mileage weeks + gets me ready for the coming week ahead for more training !

Having tried a number of other brands of flapjack, the Mountain Fuel ones are my favourite - and the date and salted caramel has a delicious buttery taste that blows everything else away. Easy to eat with no after affects so what's not to like!

I run ultra trails (very slowly) and have always had difficulty finding suitable fuel as I can get a dodgy tummy. These fuel bars are perfect...easy to eat and digest and totally yummy.
I also have a bonkers springer spaniel who I walk/run with most days...will be using these bars then too

I have been using these gels for a few years now and would not use anything else. They are easy on the tummy when running, and also good consistency making them easy to swallow. If you haven't tried them, I highly recommend them.

I've been back to order more of these, as they're absolutely brilliant! Love the tropical flavour, and I can definitely feel the difference in energy levels when I've been drinking this once I've been on my feet for a couple of hours. I no longer feel dehydrated after long runs too. Definitely a winner of a product :)

I used these gels multiple times on my ultra races and while training. Great taste, refreshing, not too sweet and not too sticky. Easy to open but they are not bursting like other gels when left in the rucksack for too many runs.

I have this before every run. I use to run fasted as have a slow metabolism due to an autoimmune disease and found if I ate I would suffer from bloating and stitches making the run no fun. Now I’m getting to longer runs I started to feel light headed so knew I needed to fuel before I ran. When looking for supplements, and for it to be gluten free, I stumbled across mountain fuel. I ordered a complete taster pack and used the morning fuel (made it according to instructions but in a bowl so it was like eating porridge) and my god it was so good and easy on the stomach. Since using this along with the other products my times are getting better along with my pace and I don’t feel like I need to sleep after a long or temp run!

After trying to find a complete package that is gluten free and taste good. I finally stumbled across this range.

The night fuel is amazing as I’m fuelling my body and letting all stores replenish whilst I get such a good night sleep. I’ve struggled for a while to get a decent sleep and feel energised when I wake up in the morning! I make this with predominantly hot water and a splash of milk and it’s still really creamy just like a luxury hot chocolate!
