I have food intolerances and IBS. My guts are extremely sensitive and I have to really careful with nutrition. I have found these taste good, don't sit heavy in my stomach and most importantly, don't trigger any gastro intestinal issues. I used them throughout my training and during my Ullswater end to end swim last year, and am using them again this year as I prepare for Windermere end to end. Works so well for me
I’ve used these in various ultras and they really are great. Helped me win my first ever trophy!! They hold up to being stuffed in a race vest and don’t fall apart and they are truly delicious. All the flavours are nice but the ginger is by far the best. The improvements to the packaging have made this product even better.
Been using Mountain Fuel since 201/2018, since I start training for my half marathon. Digesting with IBS I have to be super careful with what I consume. Been trying several differents one and every single one of them causing problem with IBs.

These are a game changer. Prolonged energy and very gentle on the stomach. I used 5 of these on my last Ultra 2 weeks ago in Italy. Just under 42 miles with over 8000ft elevation. Took 1 1/2 hour before the start, then 1 every 9 miles and my energy levels felt well sustained throughout the run. I'd recommend these every time. 💪
Used 1 of these on a long hilly training run (20 miler, 3500ft). Found the bar moist and melting in the mouth. Very easy to swallow, tasted great and best of all, easy on the stomach. Would highly recommend
After having MF recommended by a friend 4 years ago, I tried various gels, jellies, bars, powders and find the Natural Sports Jelly+ to be the one to be most effective and least likely to cause issues. totally my go-to race-pre and race nutrition for a triathlon season with multiple long course and short course races.
