“I use Sports Jelly for my races, they are a great product... soft flavour and the consistency is great, even without water and it doesn’t feel like a paste in the mouth.”

Kilian Jornet, World Champion Endurance Runner Jan 2020

“I love Mountain Fuel, particularly when I use the whole system on race days. The Sports Jellies are the best gels I’ve ever used and the flapjack bars are so much easier to eat on the run than other bars I’ve used.”

Jon Albon, World Trail Running Champion / Obstacle Race World Champion

Chia seeds provide athletes with a healthy fuel for stamina and endurance, as well as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Coconut sugar and fruit juice deliver multi-transportable carbohydrates, maximizing energy provision. And the natural electrolytes sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium are delivered through sea salt. Cinnamon improves glucose sensitivity and also helps combat exercise induced oxidative stress. This powerful combination of ingredients ensures you have a reliable and dependable energy source to fuel your activities, whatever the intensity.

Usually I use isotonic energy gels from another brand but tried these ahead of Marathon Eryri and wow, they’re amazing! Instant energy boost! A bit thicker than I’m used to, but they taste nice and really made a difference.

These are amazing, the only gel I’ve found that doesn’t upset my stomach! They taste great and get to work quickly, I’ve used them for everything from a quick boost before a few miles up to marathons!

Rate these gels highly, not too sweet and easy on the stomach. I take 1-2 an hour on long runs or races.

I used the Ultra chia gels for my 8km training swim and they kept me fuelled well. They were easy on the stomach too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that I found the apple & cinnamon a bit sweet to taste. I've ordered mango this time so I'm looking forward to tasting those! These will definitely be a go to gel for long distance stuff from now on! Well done MF!

Well there are so many gels out there but these are along with the best. Test nice, fine on stomach and as mountain fuel do more dupes there are plenty of options for your taste buds.

No stomach issues, easy to swallow with great taste, used them in a 6hr ultra and kept me going the whole way with no spikes or dips in energy.

Super Yummy!
I dont usually like gels. In fact I really dislike them. The taste and the texture. But competing at a high level running marathons in mountains means gels are necessary. These ones were actually super yummy and power me to a sprint finish. If I dont have time for breakfast before work they see me through a physical few hours. Fast, friendly and personalised service. Thanks Mountain Fuel! :)

Tried these for the first time - and not the consistency I was expecting, but really easy to take in on the go. The raspberry flavour is awesome, and not like anything I have had before. Really easy to stomach, seems to fuel you for ages and not so runny that it gets everywhere as soon as it is opened, either!

Looking forwarding to using this in my next ultra!

These are not super sweet and sickly like regular gels and they sit much nicer in my stomach and don’t make me queasy. I’ve used them in a couple of ultras now in addition to proper food and would highly recommend!
