I’ve used these gels for years on all different distances from training runs to 65km. Easy to get down with a liquid consistency and taste great. My stomach can manage multiple gels over a long period and they really work. I always have some spare for all runs.

Super fresh (Lime) taste, great consistency and so, so easy on the stomach. Never had any GI issues with them; I have 3-5 per hour when racing, often swapping between the Lime and the Orange flavours for some variety.

Absolutely love this gel - I use it both on the go and I add it to smoothies. So much more palatable than other gels.

The gel that tastes good, refreshing and not too sweet! It's not upsetting my stomach and I can easily have it without any water. Plus the coke flavour is what I crave durung ultra races so it's perfect!
