I discovered the chia gels by mistake in a small running shop. They had reduced them because they were close to their date. I read all about them once I’d tried one and now I won’t use anything else! Other gels are not great for my stomach and I get sick of the ultra sweet taste. These gels are sweet but not sickly, taste natural and are gentle on my digestion! The new packaging is also a lot easier to open, which is excellent on those tough runs!

These are my favourite MF flavour gels. No matter how hot it is, I can always manage to get (and keep!) one of these down, whereas some make me really nauseous. I have IBS and these are also non irritating and safe to take for hours on end (tested up to 35 hours!) Highly recommended.

I have always struggled with taking food in on races and so these were a game changer for me. Easy to get down (without any water) and no stomach problems at all. Just as importantly they give me the energy boost I need to keep pushing hard. Could not recommend highly enough.

These are my absolute go-to on long runs. Easy to digest, taste great, and give the perfect boost of energy when I need it most. The caffeine is a big plus too and really helps on harder efforts. I’ve bought so many of these and will definitely keep coming back for more.

Use during hard training sessions and races. It works well for me as a fuel top up between breakfast and training/races.

Also worked well for me during endurance races of half and full marathons.

The new design tear off tab really helps when you want to get it quickly to avoid affecting your pace.

They don’t need water with them but equally if water is an option then that will help with hydration.

I have been using these products for over 2 years without issue. The cola jelly has a great flavour and is easy to digest.

I’ve been taking the lemon and lime gell for several years. I can take it immediately before a hard session and during races when your body is at its most sensitive. I’ve never experienced any digestion or similar after effects. Works for me.
