These gels are:
- easy on my stomach (this has been an issue in the past with other products)
- have a nice watery mouth feel for when your just taking little bits
- are easy to squirt to the back of your mouth for when you need to chug them

I have bought these as I am training to complete 2 half marathons 2 weeks apart in May. Have tired these on a recent run and they taste amazing and easy on the stomach.
I had a variety of gels etc for this race, but the only ones I ended up wanting/ needing/ using were the ultra chia apple & cinnamon and the natural sports jelly (with caffeine). No stomach issues, no flavour fatigue- they were perfect. At the drop bag I swapped all the other brands and went back out with nothing but mountain fuel products- except for a banana!

I. Only use these very easy ti digest and easy on the stomach
I have food intolerances and IBS. My guts are extremely sensitive and I have to really careful with nutrition. I have found these taste good, don't sit heavy in my stomach and most importantly, don't trigger any gastro intestinal issues. I used them throughout my training and during my Ullswater end to end swim last year, and am using them again this year as I prepare for Windermere end to end. Works so well for me
Been using Mountain Fuel since 201/2018, since I start training for my half marathon. Digesting with IBS I have to be super careful with what I consume. Been trying several differents one and every single one of them causing problem with IBs.
I recommended this to my other fellow running buddies who has the same issue. And they loved it!! Not only the flavour, but it’s not sticky at all.
I took a stack of these on a road bike trip to France, doing big days in the hills. It's great knowing you can rely on them to get you out of a hole when you need them!
These are a game changer. Prolonged energy and very gentle on the stomach. I used 5 of these on my last Ultra 2 weeks ago in Italy. Just under 42 miles with over 8000ft elevation. Took 1 1/2 hour before the start, then 1 every 9 miles and my energy levels felt well sustained throughout the run. I'd recommend these every time. 💪
